Cash Applications is an individual contributing position that does require the ability to be a member of the team to accomplish team goals

The Cash Application Specialist can hold oneself accountable to their individual workload, while assisting other team member’s that need assistance.
The Cash Application Specialist consistently demonstrates a positive and hardworking attitude, a continuous commitment to personal, organizational and process improvement and to build strong partnerships, one employee and one customer at a time, and by working in accordance with ELs COACHTeam core values.

Essential Functions and Results Expectations

Processing over 400 payments daily
Post cash receipts to the correct division and account both timely and accurately
Responding to research inquiries via e-mail & phone.
Contacting debtors about payment remittances
Communicating with various departments concerning application of funds
Maintain attention to detail
Able to work as an individual and hold oneself accountable to meet deadlines

Essential Duties and Functions

Actively engage in scheduling, planning and facilitating an effective one-on-one with my leader on a weekly.
Proactively utilize Call Copy ad a performance review tool to seek and engage feedback from my leader.
Seek career development through courses offered by England Logistics
Researches issues that arise and provide a solution
