Congratulations to our Q2 Sherpa Employee Award winner, Shannon!
In her five years at EL, Shannon has worked her way through every role in her department and elevated herself to one of the top SAMs in her division. She approaches work the same way she approaches life. With her relentless work ethic and passion to serve those counting on her, she has created one of the top producing books in the history of her service line and she isn’t slowing down.
She demands a lot from her team, but even more from herself. She takes pride in what she does and constantly looks for ways to ELevate her team, her department and herself!

Congratulations to our Q2 Sherpa Manager Award winner, TJ!
TJ has been a steadfast member of EL for the past eight years. In that time, he has held numerous positions including CM, AM, trainer and logistics coach. His dedication and commitment to excel in every role has consistently been on display as he truly owned the ELevate theme long before we rolled it out in 2017.
In his current role, he has lead a Full Truckload team that year-to-date has grown their volume by 28% year-over-year and margin by 8% year-over-year.
More important than that is the feedback he has received from members of his team on how he has helped team members grow, develop and progress here at EL. He is the epitome of a true coach. The future remains bright and we look forward to hearing more about his further accomplishments.
