What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and SSIS.
• Experience in data engineering or ETL development.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working with EDI formats and integrations.
• Familiarity with Python or C# for scripting and automation.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Flowlogix or similar workflow automation tools.

Exceptional (Senior-Level) Skills:

• Expertise in Qlik for dashboarding and data visualization.
• SSRS and Visual Studio reporting experience.
• Leadership in designing scalable data architectures.
• Mentorship or team lead experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL processes using SQL and SSIS.
• Supporting and enhancing EDI integrations for accurate data exchange.
• Troubleshooting and resolving data pipeline issues.
• Documenting data flows, processes, and technical specifications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Participating in weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with leadership.
• Meeting deadlines and maintaining accountability for assigned tasks.
• Upholding England Logistics’ COACHTeam core values and EL 7-4 culture.
