What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Build strong relationships with customers and carriers through proactive communication.
- Resolve issues quickly and effectively to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to internal teams.
- Achieve weekly goals and contribute to team success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in operations or customer service preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
