This position supports internal users by troubleshooting issues, managing access requests, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless application functionality across the organization.

Essential Duties And Functions:
- Application Support.
- Provides primary support for all core business applications (e.g., McLeod, Factorsoft, Method, and related systems).
- Manages user account provisioning, access requests, and permission changes.
- Troubleshoots application issues across Tier 2, and Tier 3 levels; escalates to vendors, senior admins, or engineers as needed.
- Coordinates with vendors on incidents, enhancements, patches, and system changes.
- Supports application upgrades, testing, documentation, and release communications.
- Participates in regular one-on-one meetings with leadership to review workload, priorities, and development.
- Supports IT-led projects with a focus on application delivery and adoption.

- Ensures clear communication with users regarding outages, issues, and resolutions.
- Maintains thorough documentation and timely follow-up on application incidents and requests.

- Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting ERP, TMS, CRM, or operational systems preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Active Directory and role-based access management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination experience.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation (PowerShell) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple application issues in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
