If you want to grow professionally with an amazing company, we are looking for a results-driven Agent Service Representative (Customer Service Representative) to join our Agents team.

The ASR works as the intermediary between 1099 brokerage agents and England Logistics. They are responsible for understanding company policies and procedures so as to be able to support England’s outside agents in any operational arena including system set up, training, and administrative duties. Our ideal candidate will exhibit strong follow through and organization, and will place high value on priority management, problem solving, and expectation management.

Benefits:

  • Target pay for this role will be $38,400 salary, plus up to $500 in monthly bonus.
  • Paid weekly.
  • Schedule Monday- Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM

Essential Functions and Results Expectations:

  • Understand all modes of transportation and how to work with a team, including carriers, EL administrative staff, and the agents in order to ensure ease of business.
  • Meet expectations on all call requirements.
  • Meet expectations for all service level agreements within customer service ticketing system.
  • Maintain expectations for all record keeping requirements.
  • Work with ASR manager on individual skills progression tracker to ensure continued growth and career progression.
  • Actively participate in Elevation after 90 days of employment.

 

Essential Duties and Functions:

  • Train agents on all systems and processes.
  • Work with IT to troubleshoot systems and tech issues for agents.
  • Manage agent personal and company information in company systems.
  • Participate in regular audits of agent processes and information.
  • Understand and troubleshoot carrier vetting process and third-party vendor sites.
  • Manage and understand weekly commission process.
  • Handle carrier disputes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong Computer skills.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Root cause analysis.
  • High level of comfort with MS programs, specifically Excel.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced work environment.
  • Priority management skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
