Zac has been with England Logistics for over two years, and his growth as an AM has played a prominent role in the success of the division. Zac provides exceptional customer service and is available for his customers at any time of the day. His customer service skills and ability to close business opportunities has resulted in him leading our division in average customers shipped. Zac has been on a sensational performance run in 2017, as is shown by achieving Elite Club both quarters this year. We are happy to have Zac as a member of our team, and look forward to his continued success.

Congratulations to our August Backbone of the Month, Nicole!
Nicole works tirelessly in her role to support our LTL agents and her team. She is often in early and stays after hours to complete work loads. Nicole is the glue holding our team together during times with fewer staff members, handling critical time sensitive scenarios with excellent customer service. Nicole’s can-do attitude is infectious, further elevating our team and agents. Her dedication to our agents, customers, carriers and her team is unparalleled. We love having Nicole on our team and appreciate the great example she sets as an England Logistics Agent Service Representative!
