Exceptional was the word used by the client during tropical storm Henri. “Peter’s honest communication keeps the shipper in the loop. The client compliment Peter on providing consistent updates as the status of the load changes. “We know loads get screwed up sometimes but the communication you have been giving is really important to us. Keep it up.” This great example of hard work and exceptional Client Service by helping the customer feel confident in our service commitment.
