Amber has been a great addition to the collections team. Since joining EL, she has quickly excelled in her role and developed strong customer relationships. Amber works closely with customers to find effective ways to communicate and problem solve. Additionally, both divisions she works with are appreciative of her efforts and team oriented approach. She is always willing to help and maintains a respectful attitude as she assists customers. Great work, Amber!
