England Logistics welcomed Noe to the Greeley, CO team in March 2016, where he currently serves as a Full Truckload Account Executive. What brought you to England Logistics?
I was looking for a change. I received a call from Adam Sanders, senior director of recruiting, and set up an interview that week. After meeting my manager, Debbie, and the team, I was excited to start right away.
How is England Logistics different than other companies you’ve worked for?
You have plenty of opportunities to advance and you get to make everything your own.
What has been your most memorable moment at England Logistics?
I lost my mom this year and the support that I received from my EL family was very comforting.
Which EL core value in COACH Team (Career, Open communication, Accountability, Celebration, Hard work, Team) means the most to you and why?
Hard work because EL gives you the knowledge and tools and you get to choose what to do with them.
How does the 2018 theme “Live Limitless” match your own passions?
I really don’t let things get me down, so the theme “Live Limitless” was a good fit for me this year.
Do you have any advice for new or potential EL employees?
If they do not know logistics, I would tell them to ask questions. Everyone that I have met with EL has so much knowledge and they are happy to share it.
What’s your favorite work snack?
It’s a toss-up between Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Werther’s Originals.
What do you do for fun?
Since we have lived in Colorado, camping is a big hobby. However, shopping isn’t bad either. 
What’s your favorite show to binge watch?
“Superstore.” It reminds me of when I was young and worked in retail.
What’s your favorite/dream vacation spot?
My favorite is New York City at Christmas time. My dream would be Paris at Christmas time.
What inspires you?
Customer satisfaction and doing the best I can to provide exceptional service.
What is your greatest achievement?
How quickly I advanced with EL and to get where I am today with the help and support of my team.
What keyword or motto do you live by?
There are no dumb questions.
What’s your favorite training program?
It’s great that you can do training that involves any previous experiences, and you can use it in your personal life as well as your work life.
