• Compensation: $80,000 plus $15,000 in bonus potential. On target earnings of $95,000.
• Work-Life Balance: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM, onsite in Salt Lake City, UT.

Your Impact:

• Hardware & Software Administration: Windows server environment. Patch management, performance monitoring and troubleshooting, SSL cert installs, facilitate upgrades, software installs and configuration, etc.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and network.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop help desk staff to maximize efficiency.
• Help Desk Administration and Management: endpoint management via Microsoft Intune. Hardware and software support, user account and access mgmt., onboarding/offboarding, etc.
• Process Improvement: Maintain department knowledge base. Implement solutions to drive efficiencies and expand team skills.
• Telecommunications Management: Administer Ring Central telecommunications application, routing and user provisioning.

What You Bring To The Table:

• IT experience 6+ year of experience with a strong background in IT system administration.
• Supervisory experience 3+ years supervising in an IT environment, leading teams to success.
• PowerShell expertise 1+ year experience with scripting.
• Active Directory management 5+ years in Microsoft AD administration and maintenance.
• Microsoft Windows Server 5+ years experience with MS Windows Server.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Passion for continuous improvement and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.

• Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs., navigate workspaces, and handle hardware installations.

Benefits:

• First year high performer total compensation: $75k - $85k+.
• First year average performance total compensation: $65k - $75k.
• Starting base salary of $55,000, plus uncapped hiring bonuses for all of your recruited hires.
• Base salary paid weekly. Bonuses paid monthly.

Qualifications:

• A great attitude and work ethic.
• Persuasive, professional recruiting and interviewing skills.
• Excellent sourcing and proactive recruiting skills utilizing Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Successful background in candidate sourcing, recruiting and hiring 5+ new hires per month.
• The ability to connect with people and create relationships over the phone quickly.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Prefer experience with recruiting across multiple states and office locations.
• Must live in Utah, near Salt Lake City. This is primarily an in office role.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for recruiting great employees to England Logistics in multiple states.
• You will prospect and source for new candidates on Indeed and LinkedIn.
• You will promptly respond to and interview qualified candidates that apply for jobs and England Logistics.
• You will make lots of new friends and help drive new employee referrals from our current team.
• You will schedule interviews with hiring managers, communicate promptly and follow up with leaders and candidates to insure a positive hiring experience.
• You will represent England Logistics at university career events and job fairs.
