Responsibilities:

Demonstrated ability to answer questions regarding accounts payable transactions and general ledger accounts effected by accounts payable.
Strong professional relationships exist with those you interact with executive leadership, direct leadership, indirect reports.
Ability to give recommendations and proven track record of accepted recommendations.
Ability to successfully manage workload as well as holding team members accountable for their workload.
Accurate completion of all tasks assigned.
Ability to be coached and provide coaching to others as necessary.
Meets and/or exceeds deadlines set.
Effective/efficient performance in all tasks given.

Base Salary of $40,000 plus up to $1,000 in monthly bonus.

Qualification:

Proficient in skill level with Microsoft Excel.
Working with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Positive and proactive approach and effort in performing assigned tasks.
Consistently show ability to hit performance targets and find operational efficiencies.
Excellent time management skills.
Organized, attentive to detail, and highly driven.
Problem solving skills as required to solve discrepancies resulting from process flow inconsistencies.
Demonstrated commitment in team performance, ensuring personal reliability and integrity.
