SHAUN BEARDALL EVP, Logistics Services, England Logistics Shaun Beardall joined England Logistics as director of container operations in 2007. In 2012, he moved to Portland, OR, to oversee the integration of an England Logistics acquisition. After establishing the company’s presence in Portland, he relocated to Salt Lake City to lead the full truckload brokerage. Today, Shaun is responsible for all England Logistics’ brokerage services, including full truckload, temp-controlled and dry less-than-truckload, and parcel, as well as the supply chain management group and authorized agent division. |

RYAN LAVIGNE EVP, England Logistics Ryan joined England Logistics in 2010 as the vice president of England Carrier Services. Under Ryan’s direction, ECS became one of England Logistics’ most profitable divisions. Ryan’s background in finance and treasury management, substantiated by seven years in developing foreign markets, has equipped him to manage a diverse portfolio of products. While Ryan continues to ascend in his professional development, he has not relented a bad habit of accounting jokes. |

JEREMY DAILAMI EVP, People & Operations, England Logistics In September of 2009, the most enthusiastic of England Logistics’ team members would meet their match. Almost instantly proving to be a livewire, Jeremy entered the sales floor as a capacity manager, then an account manager, and within months, he advanced to become a logistics coach. Jeremy’s natural inclination toward leadership manifested in his fulfillment of director roles in cold chain and full truckload, including service as the vice president of brokerage service. Finally, Jeremy’s love of people culminated in his current title: vice president of people and operations. |

SHALYSE OLNEY Senior Director of Agents, England Logistics Shalyse has been a tremendous force for good in the agent program since 2016. Starting as a business development coach, Shalyse helped to cultivate the businesses of LTL and parcel agents. After demonstrating sustained success in her former position, Shalyse was eventually promoted to the director of agent services and, most recently, to senior director of agent sales. Today, Shalyse plays a significant role in providing strategic support to agents nationwide. ANDREA SAVAGE Outside Sales Business Development Coach, England Logistics Before coming to England Logistics, Andrea managed branches for the car rental giant Enterprise, held a national title in franchise training in the fitness industry, and obtained her master’s degree in organizational leadership and administration. Since 2020, Andrea has given her enthusiasm for coaching to England Logistics in various roles, including a senior account manager, a logistics coach, the general manager of the Detroit office, and now the outside sales agent business coach. CAROLINE CUNNINGHAM Director of Strategic Sales, DHL Caroline Cunningham has 28 years of international shipping experience with DHL Express. Caroline started her career in the UK where she supported a diverse customer base. Since then, she has lived in Belgium, covering 23 countries as the European sales training manager.
