OneClick

Comdata’s NEWEST fuel fraud prevention tool.

Developed to help prevent fuel fraud, it’s a quick, easy, and convenient way for drivers to fuel up and thwart fraudsters right from their mobile app.

OneClick narrows down the opportunities for using skimmed or copied cards to purchase fuel. It keeps the card in a locked state until the driver is ready to fuel up. A tap of the “ready to fuel” button allows the card to open for the fuel purchase for a set period. Afterward, the card defaults back to locked until the driver is ready to fuel up again.

How Does It Work?

  • Companies will opt-in to the feature at a card, CUSTID, or account level
  • Once turned on, the default state of enrolled cards will be ‘locked’
  • Drivers can unlock their cards through:
    • The Comdata app
    • Another 3rd party app or in-cab tablet (more on this option below)
  • Once ‘unlocked’, the card will be unlocked for a certain amount of time, which can be set by the fleet
