SCE was recently awarded several, new, long-term agreements due to their reputation for providing outstanding support and results as a business partner.

URV USA is a subsidiary of a leading, cast-iron, wind turbine component supplier based in Finland. The company has developed a next-generation casting process, while collaborating with Oak Ridge National Laboratory. The foundry will be based in Eaton Rapids, Michigan; producing large, utility-scale, wind turbine components. Michigan Technological University will assist with alloy development, casting gating system design and solidification simulation. With its new technology, URV USA will leverage the clear cost advantage of its innovative processes, enabling the supply of hub and bedplate castings to the North American market, while repatriating supplies heretofore supplied mostly by out-of-date foundries in Europe and Asia.
