Jason began his legacy at England Logistics in 2004 and has served in various positions within brokerage services, sales and operations. Jason rose to be England Logistics’ leader through his passion for people and obsession with betterment. His enthusiasm is infused throughout England Logistics’ culture.

One to lift wherever he stands, Jason has also served in the transportation and logistics community. Most notably, Jason served a two-year term as chairman of the board of directors for the Transportation Intermediaries Association. Having instigated many of EL’s ties to other local organizations, his impact has made an enormous difference in the community.

Jason has been recognized with several notable accolades, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and Weber State’s Young Alumnus of the Year. He continues to receive thanks for his contributions to a vital industry.

Zach England has played an instrumental role in C.R. England’s success. Presently the COO of C.R. England’s dedicated and intermodal divisions, Zach is responsible for the respective growth of some of the nation’s largest transportation divisions.

Historically, Zach has held a variety of positions throughout the years, starting full-time at England Logistics in 2004 and laying the foundation for our carrier services division. Since then, he has served as C.R. England’s vice president, intermodal; vice president, dedicated; and was later named president of C.R. England’s dedicated division.

Though Zach’s entrepreneurial spirit is powerful, he also has a strong ambition to serve his community with the Utah Food Bank, where he recently served as the Board Chair.

Lance joined England Logistics in 2017. His natural talent for leadership has been demonstrated in his many contributions to England Logistics and his success in roles such as national sales manager.

Today, Lance is the director of Agent Services. As director, Lance’s goal and commitment are to cultivate the success of our freight agents nationwide- no easy task given the variety and scope of our agents. Regardless, Lance works hard to provide meaningful tools and resources to his broad audience.

With a background in finance, Lance has been proven to be a methodical and successful addition to agent leadership. His desire to diffuse England Logistics’ culture of betterment to agents nationwide continues to benefit our authorized agents.

Shalyse has been a tremendous force for good in the agent program since 2016. Starting as a business development coach, Shalyse helped to cultivate the businesses of LTL and parcel agents. After demonstrating sustained success in her former position, Shalyse was eventually promoted to the director of agent services.

Today, Shalyse plays a significant role in providing strategic support to agents nationwide. With a background in client service and a degree in psychology, Shalyse weaves her passion for the client experience into her engagements with agents. She is a wonderful example of seeking growth in harmony with meaningful service.

Having developed expansive freight expertise at companies like DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, and other 3PLs, Rick brings with him a deep familiarity with freight that few leaders do. Rick now cultivates the growth of a nationwide clientele as the director of national sales.

With a rare knowledge of international air and ocean and brokerage services, Rick calls on this knowledge in his face-to-face meetings with England Logistics’ clients frequently. Coupled with his passion for helping people succeed, Rick is a talented and impressive leader.

Rick is in his rookie year at England Logistics, but his affinity for the people and the culture would have you believe otherwise.

Chad arrived at England Logistics in 2020 with a passion for freight and an enthusiasm to develop a team. Taking the helm of the cold chain team and assuming responsibility for temperature-controlled freight services, Chad has quickly facilitated the development of a complicated trade.

In Chad’s 16 years in the supply chain industry, he has served in various individual and leadership roles with increasing responsibility. Chad’s positions have comprised multiple best-in-class supply chain organizations with a track record of demonstrated success.
In addition to navigating the complex challenges of temperature-controlled freight, Chad has demonstrated remarkable leadership in a volatile market, often inspiring optimism within his team. Like other leaders at England Logistics, Chad is especially interested in helping the members of his team find success.

In 2010, Ryan Lavigne embarked on his journey with England Logistics as the director of England Carrier Services (ECS). Ryan’s exceptional talent in nurturing the growth of ECS led to his well-deserved promotion to vice president in 2015. Recognized for his remarkable achievements, he now serves as the executive vice president of ECS.

As the driving force behind ECS, Ryan dedicates his time to exploring innovative avenues to support carriers across the industry and championing the development of his team. His commitment to carriers and fostering their success has garnered him respect and admiration among colleagues and industry peers alike.

Prior to his tenure at England Logistics, Ryan spent seven years in international finance, where he played a vital role in developing foreign markets. His unique insights and financial acumen have been instrumental in driving the success and growth of ECS, setting new standards of excellence within the industry.

Since his arrival at England Logistics in 2019, Eric has cultivated the growth of the factoring division as its vice president. Passionately intent on helping truckers keep their businesses profitable, Eric has become a renowned expert in cash flow. As the leader of the factoring division, Eric is invested in its expansion and ensuring the availability of tools that promote carrier success.

Eric’s professional history spans several organizations, including TCF Bank, Washington Mutual Community First Industrial Bank, TAB Bank, Diversified Lenders, Diversified Finance, and Pilot Flying J. Eric’s diverse history has provided him with a unique expertise in freight. His legacy as a leader is marked by a history of success and an obsession for people development.

With 22 years of experience in the transportation industry, Lori Eakins came to C.R. England with uncommon expertise in freight. After demonstrating remarkable leadership as the vice president of corporate sales, Lori soon expanded her responsibilities to include C.R. England’s Dedicated, OTR and Intermodal divisions.

Lori’s resume features a few familiar names, including Walmart Stores Inc. and the Coca-Cola Company. Having held positions in global logistics procurement and operations, dedicated procurement and operations, international trade, and compliance, Lori has somehow been able to keep her head up under the pressure of so many hats.

Lori’s prowess for an evolving history is strong evidence of her talent as a leader. Backed by her degree in accounting, Lori continues to make every day count.

Dean Croke is Principal Industry Analyst at DAT Freight & Analytics. He is one of the most respected voices in the trucking industry, with more than 35 years of experience in the fields of commercial transportation, data science, supply chain management, risk management, telematics and human performance. Transportation brokers, motor carriers, news organizations and industry analysts rely on Dean’s perspective on market trends and data. From a family-owned trucking business in Australia, Dean holds a U.S. Commercial Driver License and has completed nearly 2 million miles as a long-distance truck driver. He also owns a 379 Peterbilt show truck known as “The Grumpy Pete.”

Having served 20 years as a leader in the transportation industry, A.D. has facilitated long-standing relationships with some of the industry’s best. A.D.’s resume includes names like C.H. Robinson, but he’s glad to call Truckstop his current home.

A.D.’s expertise in the technology sector has made him a prominent authority in the freight landscape. With experience in asset-based, non-asset-based, company managed and agency model organizations, A.D. is well-equipped to speak organizations of any variety.

Having spent 15 years as a public communicator and 10 years in transportation, James Reine is a master presenter in the freight industry. With a particular emphasis on simplicity, James has developed a reputation for making complicated freight products easy to grasp.

In his current role, James provides executive-level training on the Trucker Tools suite to brokerages of all sizes. When he’s not training shippers, James is fulfilling his role as a father and husband to a wife and four kids.

Charlene has spent nearly 23 years with FedEx as a Worldwide Account Manager. As a four-time president’s club recipient and the FedEx Five Star Award, Charlene has been awarded the highest possible recognition at FedEx for her exemplary service. Specifically, Charlene has demonstrated an outstanding grasp of the freight industry that bolsters her clients success.In addition to her impressive professional accomplishments, Charlene holds a master’s degree in business administration. She is an expert in freight and the client experience.
