JASON BEARDALL CEO, England Logistics Jason began his legacy at England Logistics in 2004 and has served in various positions within brokerage services, sales and operations. Jason rose to be England Logistics’ leader through his passion for people and obsession with betterment. His enthusiasm is infused throughout England Logistics’ culture. One to lift wherever he stands, Jason has also served in the transportation and logistics community. Most notably, Jason served a two-year term as chairman of the board of directors for the Transportation Intermediaries Association. Having instigated many of EL’s ties to other local organizations, his impact has made an enormous difference in the community. Jason has been recognized with several notable accolades, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and Weber State’s Young Alumnus of the Year. ZACH ENGLAND COO, C.R. England Zach England has played an instrumental role in C.R. England’s success. Presently the COO of C.R. England’s dedicated and intermodal divisions, Zach is responsible for the respective growth of some of the nation’s largest transportation divisions. Historically, Zach has held a variety of positions throughout the years, starting full-time at England Logistics in 2004 and laying the foundation for our carrier services division. Since then, he has served as C.R. England’s vice president, intermodal; vice president, dedicated; and was later named president of C.R. England’s dedicated division. Though Zach’s entrepreneurial spirit is powerful, he also has a strong ambition to serve his community with the Utah Food Bank, where he recently served as the Board Chair. |

LANCE DOHNAL Director of FTL Sales, England Logistics Lance joined England Logistics in 2017. His natural talent for leadership has been demonstrated in his many contributions to England Logistics and his success in roles such as national sales manager. Today, Lance is the director of Agent Services. As director, Lance’s goal and commitment are to cultivate the success of our freight agents nationwide- no easy task given the variety and scope of our agents. Regardless, Lance works hard to provide meaningful tools and resources to his broad audience.
