Not only does Justin have an outstanding business performance throughout the year, but he has also been an amazing supporter of his teammates. He consistently leads by example and his team<\/a> looks to him for support. Justin is always there to provide ongoing training to his coworkers, and is willing to jump in when necessary to assist with customers. He represents EL\u2019s core value of \u2018Teamwork\u2019 and is a model employee of England Logistics.<\/p>\n

Amber has been a great addition to the collections team. Since joining EL, she has quickly excelled in her role and developed strong customer relationships. Amber works closely with customers to find effective ways to communicate and problem solve. Additionally, both divisions she works with are appreciative of her efforts and team oriented approach. She is always willing to help and maintains a respectful attitude as she assists customers. Great work, Amber!<\/p>\n
