As a Tire Assistant, you will be responsible for helping and assisting our account managers. This includes but not limited to calling on current clients, processing invoices, taking payment, sending out invoices and communicate with tire vendors. Our ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, well organized and be able to communicate effectively.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, providing top-notch service.
- Close out tire invoices and assist our sales team.
- Process payments via credit card and express check.
- Check tire availability from shops across the country.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong phone and email communication skills (Microsoft Outlook experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Salesforce).
- Conflict resolution and contract management skills.
- A background in customer service is a plus!
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to follow up, stay organized, and take initiative as a self-starter.
- Flexibility to handle various job responsibilities.
