Typical starting roles are Account Manager and Capacity Manager.  As an Account Manager, you are responsible for building a book of business by finding new customers and keeping them through exceptional customer service.  A Capacity Manager is a key member of the team who finds carriers to service the needs of our customers.   Both roles are ideal for energetic people who know how to negotiate to “yes,” get a thrill from solving problems, and are able to provide flawless customer service.
